  We ship to all EU Countries. All orders are shipped with a PostNL tracking number. Always free shipping for orders over.

  • Orders above 50€ (excl. VAT) within the Netherlands.
  • Orders above 80€ (excl. VAT) to Belgium.
  • Orders above 100€ (excl. VAT) to Denmark, Spain, Germany, France, Italy and UK.

  Return

  At Puffe Baby, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. You have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Please notify us of your intention to return by sending an email to [email protected]. To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, including its original packaging and labeling.

  Please note that after the 14-day period without notifying us of your desire to return, we will not be able to accept the return. Puffe Baby will cover the cost of return shipping and/or shipping a new product in the following cases:

  • If the product received is not the one requested by the customer.
  • If the product is defective or has been damaged during shipment. Please inform us of such incidents at the time of receiving the order.
